Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send an email to support@GlueLogix.com within 30 days of delivery. 

Explain the problem and include pictures if possible. If a return is necessary, GlueLogix will provide you with an RMA number. Do not return goods without an RMA number.

Send return items at your expense, within 30 days of RMA issue, to:

If the returned goods are defective, or in new condition, you will be issued a full refund immediately. If your return is for any reason other than a defect, and the returned goods are no longer in new condition, you will be offered a partial refund. If you refuse the partial refund, we will send the returned goods back to you at our expense, in the hope that you find a use for them eventually.

Shipping

All USA shipments are via UPS.  The Checkout page lets you choose betwen Ground, 2-day and Overnight.  Most orders ship from Hillsborough NC.  FEIG orders may ship from FEIG USA in Duluth GA.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
